Luminated rhythm is a series of 24 1/4” aluminum fins designed to simulate a wave of the Pollera, the Latin American skirt. They are powder-coated with vibrant colors that represent the joyous hues of these wavy skirts, and lit to accentuate movement through lenticularity. Cars passing on either side should be able to experience this movement of the skirts in a festive dance. 

Glow Walk is an interactive light installation that transforms a narrow alley into a glowing, responsive passageway. LED lights are suspended from metal stands next to both walls and arranged in a flowing, up-and-down pattern, creating a rhythmic visual effect that feels alive. The lighting is designed to respond to passersby's touch, turning a simple walk into a playful, ever-changing experience and promoting interactions with strangers.

BluePrint is a series of four permanent interactive installations along Brighton Boulevard in Denver, Colorado. The sculptural forms for the project are inspired by the Colorado Rockies. The shape of the perforations are inspired by the Blue Columbine flower and displayed in various stages of bloom. The project responds to pedestrian and bike activity to encourage walking and biking.

Play Array is an 8 x 6 grid of illuminated pixels. It was installed at an empty storefront in Downtown Brooklyn and allows strangers to play pong with each other using their phones as paddles.

Pop Up Confessional is a mobile, automated confessional booth that traveled to three New York City locations in May 2016—Central Park and Flatiron Plaza in Manhattan, and Willoughby Plaza in Brooklyn. The project invited people to share the hidden and unseen aspects of their lives with an AI “priest” called the Conversational Companion (CoCo). These confessions helped the AI develop its conversational abilities, while selected recordings were edited by Third Party Films for a proposed HBO pilot. Participants signed up online, and many passersby also spontaneously joined the experience.

Sound Tree is an interactive light-and-sound installation. It changes colors and plays nautical sounds when children or people run or walk under it. 

Golden Afternoon is a large-scale, permanent, responsive sculptural light installation inspired by Texas wildflowers. It mimics the fantastical garden of Alice in Wonderland.

Airbare was installed next to an air quality sensor in Downtown Louisville. The installation visualizes air pollutants on an interactive screen and allows passersby to ‘pop’ these particles to unlock tips to counter air pollution.

Silent Lights was installed at an underpass in Brooklyn, converting traffic noise from the freeway into beautiful light wave patterns.

Wise Words is an audio visual interactive installation created to be a part of the biennial festival IDEAS CITY organized by the New Museum. It features personal stories in the city from the perspective of older women from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
